Grievance Information

As an LCEA member, you have the right to file a grievance. A grievance is defined as "a dispute over an alleged violation, misinterpretation, or misapplication of a provision" of the contract.

If you have a situation that requires a grievance, please contact your area representative.

Not sure what the grievance procedure entails? See the "Grievance Procedures" section of the 2008-2011 LCEA/Lane ESD Agreement.
